Alan Weakley serves as president of CSC’s North American public sector defense group.
In this role, he leads the strategic direction, planning and execution of the group’s worldwide presence. With more than 14,000 employees exceeding $3 billion in sales, the group supports all of CSC’s Defense Department clients, NASA, the U.S. Postal Service and the Department of Energy.
The defense group is CSC’s primary outlet for enterprise solutions, IT services, mission support and training and range operations.
Previously, Weakley was the president of CSC’s applied technology group. With over 10,000 employees in over 40 locations, ATG is a recognized leader in mission support for military range operations, base infrastructure operations and aviation services.
Before joining CSC, he worked for the URS Corp.’s EG&G division for over 23 years as the engineering and technology services group vice president and general manager.
During his EG&G service, Weakley served as the director of defense systems and services strategic business unit; director of the command, control and electronics Strategic business element; director of the maritime systems and fleet support group; and manager of Dahlgren Operations.
Prior to joining EG&G, he served in the U.S. Navy aboard two nuclear fast attack submarines. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Strayer College and a Master of Engineering Management degree from The George Washington University.
