He is responsible for the company’s federal sales leadership to drive broader adoption of the company’s online access and analytics solutions across the Defense Department, intelligence, Homeland Security and federal civil communities.
Dougherty retired from the U.S. Navy in 2001. His tours of duty included 5 sea rotations on 4 Destroyers. He deployed to the Middle East in Support of Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
From 2001 to 2008, Dougherty held various executive management positions including president of the intelligence defense solutions group for 3001, Inc.
Following Northrop Grumman’s acquisition of the company in 2008, he directed business development as part of their integrated intelligence systems group.
He holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Spanish from LaSalle University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Program Management from the University of Michigan.
