In this role, he oversees the management and direction of Software AG’s sales organization with its U.S. federal government clients and strategic business partners.
Prior to his current position, he served as managing director of Information Builders‘ federal systems group. Before that, Lochten served as public sector director at StorageTek.
For more than four years, he held several sales leadership positions at Siebel Systems where he was a major contributor to the company’s newly established public sector organization, working with national, state and local government customers.
The 25-year industry veteran began his career at 3M Company. During his 12 years there he held various leadership positions, including the overall management of the U.S. public sector sales organization for the intelligent transportation systems division.
He earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Salisbury University.
