Lisa Brown is President of Raytheon Trusted Computer Solutions, Inc. and was previously Chief Financial Officer of Trusted Computer Solutions prior to the acquisition by Raytheon. Ms. Brown is a Certified Public Accountant with 18 years of finance and accounting experience.
In 2011 she won the CFO of the Year Award from the Washington Business Journal and was a finalist for Northern Virginia Technology Council’s CFO of the Year.

Before joining TCS in 2003, Ms. Brown served as vice president of finance with Realeum Inc., a privately held enterprise software development company specializing in the real estate industry.
Her responsibilities included investor relations, accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and treasury management as well as playing an integral role in raising capital. Ms. Brown also played a significant role in the sale of the company to First Advantage, Inc.
Prior to her tenure at Realeum, Ms. Brown held positions with publicly traded companies; as assistant controller for Value America, an internet retailer specializing in electronics and business products, working on the IPO team; and as corporate controller for Calico Commerce, a international software company specializing in sales configuration software.
Prior to joining Value America, Ms. Brown gained public accounting experience with Ernst & Young, as well as a regional accounting firm.
