A survey from Nucleus Research has ranked Salesforce.com as the top customer relationship management vendor for the first half of 2013, based on end-user’s usability and functionality.
Nucleus Research’s Technology Value Matrix for CRM is based on end-user value of functionality and usability, Salesforce said Tuesday.
The firm also said that many leading CRM vendors have boosted their social media, mobile and analytics offerings.
“The CRM space is as competitive as it’s ever been and will only get more combative as vendors differentiate themselves with social, mobile and other business features,” said Ian Campbell, Nucleus Research CEO.
“Analytics is shaping up to be the next battle,” Campbell added.
