Jason Geller has been appointed managing director of Deloitte Consulting‘s human capital consulting practice.
Geller will be responsible for talent recruitment and development, strategy, financial performance and operations oversight and nationwide human capital consulting services delivery, Deloitte said Tuesday.
Prior to his appointment, Geller was the company’s U.S. human capital chief strategy and market officer and US leader for human resource transformation.
“Today’s HR leaders face a number of unprecedented challenges ranging from complex regulatory issues to changing retirement practices. I’m confident that under Jason’s leadership, we’ll continue to provide our clients with innovative solutions that make an impact and provide the edge they need to stay ahead of their competition,” said Jim Moffatt, Deloitte Consulting LLP chairman and CEO.
Since joining Deloitte, Geller has served multiple HR-related roles. He is currently a member of the company’s Consulting Board of Directors, Consulting Executive Committee and Global Human Capital Executive Committee.
Geller succeeds Barbara Adachi, who has announced her retirement.
Deloitte said that Geller has co-authored several HR and talent transformation, outsourcing and service delivery methodologies and tools.
