Heidi Hendrix has been appointed vice president for human resources at Northrop Grumman’s aerospace systems unit.
Hendrix will be involved in all aspects of the division’s workforce management, including support, training and recruitment, Northrop said Monday.
“We are in the midst of a dynamic time in our industry and Heidi’s extensive experience in critical HR functions, including all aspects of change management, will be invaluable,” said Denise Peppard, Northrop Grumman corporate vice president and chief human resources officer.
For 15 years, Hendrix has held various positions at Bank of America and Andersen Consulting handling different aspects of human resource management, including leadership development, organizational design, compensation management and succession planning.
She holds a journalism degree from the University of North Carolina.
