A Raytheon subsidiary has won the 2013 Tektonic Award for Learning from HRO Today magazine for its human resources-related training system.
Raytheon Professional Services LLC was chosen by the magazine for its web-based HR training development platform Catapult Rapid LCMS, the company said Tuesday.
RPS, based in Milton Keynes and Nottingham, U.K., and other winners received their awards at the HRO Today Forum in May in Philadelphia.
Dave Letts, Raytheon Professional Services vice president, said the Catapult aims to achieve balance between standardization of language and cultural barriers in global training products.
“The ability to streamline the delivery of knowledge to the workforce is a critical element in time productivity and is important to employee personal development,” said Elliot Clark, HRO Today magazine CEO.
