CA Technologies Provides Medical Center With New IT Platform

CA-TechCA Technologies will supply an Israel-based medical center with an infrastructure platform to manage health records and imaging system applications across the hospital’s network.

The information technology management solutions provider partnered with Netcom to deploy the IT system at Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem, CA Technologies said Monday.

Hadassah operates more than 70 hospital departments and serves more than 1 million people annually in 120 outpatient clinics.

Barak Sherfler, Hadassah Medical Center director of infrastructure and technology, said CA’s platform helps them identify and resolve issues before these affect customer service.

The CA platform is designed to help visualize and monitor the facility’s infrastructure, applications and transactions, and comes built-in with configuration, traffic analysis, fault isolation and predictive capacity planning tools.
