Creative Computing Solutions Inc. has achieved five International Organization for Standardization certification and rating upgrades for keeping up-to-date with new standards.
CCSi has held the ISO 9001 and CMM/CMMI certifications for 10 years and the ISO 20000-1 since 2010, the company said Monday.
The company upgraded to the ISO 20000-1, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications; the Maturity Level 3 organization-wide in Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development; and the CMMI for Services plus Service System Development appraisals.
Manju Bewtra, founder and CEO of CCSi, said the upgraded CMMI ratings and ISO certifications reflect the company’s efforts to ensure quality of services to federal customers.
CMMI is used to evaluate an organization’s cost, schedule and quality, CCSi says.
Abridge Technology assessed CCSi for the CMMI ratings, and Perry Johnson Registrars Inc. and BSI Group America Inc. conducted the ISO certifications.
