Kofax Wins Contract to Automate Int’l Accounts Processing Systems; Howard Dratler Comments

KofaxKofax has won a $1.2 million contract to automate and consolidate the accounts processing systems of an international logistics firm that handles approximately 3.5 million bills and financial statements annually.

The customer expects the transition to improve the productivity of its global operations in about 200 nations, Kofax said Thursday.

“The logistics business is highly complex and competitive, which makes speed and accuracy paramount,” said Howard Dratler, Kofax executive vice president of field operations.

Dratler added a goal of the company is to “enable global and mid-size companies to achieve consistent and efficient accounts payable processes across the enterprise.”

Kofax intends to utilize its MarkView for accounts payable, capture and transformation modules products to incorporate the Oracle E-Business suite 12 in the client’s system tools and applications.
