Before joining CACI in 2011, the 35 year IT industry veteran served as VP and general manager at Eagle Alliance, a joint venture between Computer Sciences Corp. and Northrop Grumman Corp.
In that role, he reported to the president of CSC’s North American Public Sector and led the focus on performance-based IT services to the Intelligence Community.
Prior to that position, Slusser was the VP of service delivery and CIO for CSC’s federal sector, where he oversaw the infrastructure services of federal accounts and directed the information systems portfolio and services for the company’s 38,000 public sector employees.
He has also served as director of information resource management for General Dynamics Land Systems, where he was responsible for all engineering, business, manufacturing and infrastructure systems and helped negotiate and manage the landmark IT outsourcing contract with CSC.
Slusser was also VP and CIO for a division of General Motors, where he led the re-negotiation of outsourced IT services, as well as IT services for several divestitures.
Slusser holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University.
