Turner Construction has won a contract to perform upgrades to the Philadelphia Eagles’ Lincoln Financial Field.
The company was chosen for the two-phase off-season upgrades to the Eagles stadium, Turner said Monday.
For the first phase of the project, Turner will build a new touchdown club, expand the team store, install a wi-fi system and upgrade the concourses, lounges and suites.
In 2014, for the second phase of the project, Turner will construct additional seating spaces in three corners of the stadium, additional concourse levels, restrooms and concessions.
Turner construction will also update the stadium’s scoreboards and sound system and add ribbon boards.
Chris Beck, Turner Philadelphia office vice president and general manager said the project is “focused on enhancing the stadium experience.”
