Grid Modern Technology Solutions Inc. and Guardtime have formed a partnership agreement to deliver keyless signature infrastructure technology to U.S. defense and intelligence customers.

The partnership aims to combine MTSI’s systems engineering services for the defense and intelligence communities and information assurance features of Guardtime’s KSI software, the companies said Monday.

MTSI and Guardtime aim to help integrate KSI software into classified missions.

Kevin Robinson, MTSI president, said the company will serve as the KSI training and certification firm and also acts as the KSI systems integrator for the Defense Department and intelligence community.

Mike Gault, Guardtime CEO, said MTSI will be responsible for training and certifying defense prime contractors, defense and intelligence community system integrators and professional services partners.
