CA Technologies to Market IT Services in Australia; Carl Terrantroy Comments

CA-technologies-logo EbizCA Technologies Inc. and systems integrator First Point Global have teamed up to offer information technology services in Australia as California looks to expand its market scope.

First Point Global will work to deliver CA Technologies’ IT security portfolio in Australia as the company’s specialist identity and access management partner, CA Technologies said Tuesday.

Carl Terrantroy, CA Technologies senior director for Australia and New Zealand partners, said First Point Global will aim to help customers migrate from internal information security to mobile and cloud environments.

First Point Global will also provide services to CA’s existing clients and continue to sell Layer 7 Technologies’ application programming interface security and management portfolio acquired by CA Technologies in June.

The companies intend for the partnership to expand to the Asia Pacific region.
