Citizant Inks Lease for New HQ; Alba Aleman Comments

Citizant-logoCitizant has signed a new lease agreement to move its headquarters into the Washington Technology Park campus in Chantilly, Va.

The lease with Corporate Office Properties Trust covers more than 18,000 square feet of office space at 15000 Conference Center Drive, Chantilly, Citizant said Friday.

Alba Aleman, CEO of Citizant, said the company aims for the fresh headquarters to deliver services for Citizant’s federal government customers.

Steve Hubberman and Chris O’Brien at Serten Advisors advised Citizant on the sale of the property.

OTJ Architects and KGO Project Management will jointly work to build Citizant’s new offices and DFS Construction Corp. will serve as general contractor.

The companies have started work on the facility and Citizant intends to move to the new site in November.
