The 30-year government and business veteran has led operational and strategic projects and where he has been engaged in organizational decision-making and administrating strategic change through business and resource alignment.
He recently held the position of vice president of business development at Dell Services Federal Government, formally Perot Systems, where he worked with the Intelligence Community and US Special Operation Command.
Prior to joining Dell, Berkoff served as the director of national security and intelligence programs for SGT, Inc. where he built a new intelligence division, and expanded business to the intelligence sector and DoD.
He also served as chief of strategic forecasting and deputy chief of strategic planning at the NSA.
He worked for Pricewaterhouse Coopers as a senior consultant after retiring as a senior US Army Special Forces Officer (Green Berets) with assignments at the Pentagon and with USSOCOM in several theaters.
Berkoff received a BS in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a MS in Defense Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California and a MS in Finance from Loyola University of Maryland.
