Hewlett-Packard has launched fresh cloud-based analytics services for customers to meet business requirements and generate revenue.
HP built the analytics-as-a-service offering based on the HAVEn big data analytics platform to help clients analyze information, enhance supply chain performance, identify risks and prevent fraud, HP said Monday.
The offerings include customer intelligence and sensor data analytics for communications, consumer goods, retail, transportation and public sector customers.
Dragan Rakovich, chief technologist for information management and analytics at HP Enterprise Services, said the company used HAVEn’s integrated big data approach in helping clients address business problems.
HP HAVEn unifies HP Autonomy IDOL, HP Vertica Analytics Platform, HP ArcSight Security Event Manager, HPArcSight Logger and Hadoop.
HP intends for the services to aid in handling combined structured and unstructured data sets of customers.
