Robert Silverman serves as a senior vice president in Booz Allen Hamilton‘s Strategic Innovation Group and works with clients in analytics areas such as cost transformation and program management operations research.
His career includes work on projects for the departments of Defense, Energy, Health and Human Services, Interior, Transportation and Veterans Affairs.
Silverman has also supported the General Services Administration, NASA, state and local transit agencies, Southern California Edison and Adventist Healthcare.
Prior to Booz Allen, he worked at organizations such as KPMG, LMI and the University of Baltimore.
Silverman holds a master’s degree in systems analysis for public decision making, a bachelor’s degree in mathematical sciences amd a bachelor’s degree in economics from Johns Hopkins University.
He has spoken at events sponsored by organizations such as the National Academies of Science Federal Facilities Council, Interagency Committee for Property Management, Project Management Institute, Association of Government Accountants and is an author of research papers on program management analytics and earned value management.
