Jordi Martin, Jones Lang LaSalle‘s managing director of integrated facilities management in Asia-Pacific, will assume the role of global director and CEO of corporate solutions in the region early next year.
Jones Lang LaSalle APAC CEO Alastair Hughes said Martin will work to apply his industry background and management experience to build on the company’s market presence and capabilities to offer services to regional customers.
Forrest will continue to serve as CEO of corporate solutions in APAC to help with the transition until the first quarter of 2014.
Martin, who became head of the firm’s IFM in APAC in 2002, helped more than 200 business organizations manage some 260 million square feet of workplaces in 15 nations.
He also established the supply chain management and procurement offering that Jones Lang LaSalle offers to corporate clients.
