Thales is partnering with Survey Analytics to launch a program for helping airlines conduct and collect in-flight passenger surveys.
Survey Analytics will modify Thales’ AVANT Android platform to gather real-time passenger feedback during their flights, Thales announced Wednesday.
A major airline will implement the new technology by the end of the year, Thales said.
Vivek Bhaskaran, Survey Analytics CEO, said the company works to help airlines listen to passengers in real-time and act on customer feedback.

The mobile survey application is designed to work in 22 languages and will be located on seat backs.
