Deloitte has introduced a fresh cloud-based service to consolidate applications and various technology providers and is intended to help customers connect across cloud environments.
CloudMix is designed to incorporate Deloitte’s front and back office practices and systems integration and to combine cloud technologies from Salesforce, MuleSoft and Apttus, among others, Deloitte said Monday.
Andy Main, principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP and Global Customer Solutions lead, said the company intends for the cloud offering to help clients build new technologies, deliver great customer service and gain value from business operations while reducing costs.
CloudMix features pre-configured cloud services, MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform for connecting applications and services, enterprise resource planning platform integration and agile implementation.
Organizations can view both front and back office processes using the cloud service, Deloitte says.
Deloitte plans to develop multi-channel customer touch and business processes such as Procure to Pay, Insights to Action and Tweet to Care for the future version of CloudMix.
