Kofax has developed two new smart process applications for business users to automate mailroom functions and manage customer on-boarding programs.
The tools are intended for use with Kofax’s TotalAgility 7.0 software app development and implementation platform, Kofax said Monday.
Grant Johnson, Kofax chief marketing officer, said the company aims for its business process management apps to address productivity, operational and cost issues.
TotalAgility Mailroom Automation makes use of analytics and a visualization interface that works to help organizations track, modify and review incoming documents.
Kofax intends for the mailroom app to manage information coming from distribution channels, online portals
and mobile devices.
The firm’s TotalAgility Customer Onboarding tool seeks to manage client accounts and capture supporting documents from different sources.
Both offerings are designed to expedite an organization’s responsiveness and improve customer-facing operations, Kofax says.
