Autonomic Resources and Hitachi Data Systems Federal will collaborate to deliver a range of cloud-based computing and storage platforms for public sector customers.
The companies signed a business and consulting partnership agreement and Autonomic Resources garnered a Tier 1 systems integrator status under HDS Federal’s partner program, Autonomic Resources said Thursday.
John Keese, president and CEO of Autonomic Resources, said the company aims to accelerate its cloud offerings for U.S. government agencies through the alliance.
Keese added the alliance also seeks to help agencies adopt federally certified cloud technology.
Autonomic Resources became the first cloud service provider to receive a provisional authorization from the FedRAMP Joint Authorization Board and Defense Department for its infrastructure-as-a-service portfolio.
