Susan Charnaux-Grillet serves as an associate principal at McKinsey & Company and focuses on talent management and leadership development.
She held positions at the White House and the Defense Department before joining the firm, where she is based in Washington.
Charnaux-Grillet is part of the company’s cross-sector human capital service line, where she leads a team in defining and structuring new talent processes and human resources organizations, creating leadership development programs and leading strategy implementations.
The company credits her with having expertise in its proprietary tool for measuring an organization’s health, called Organizational Health Index. Charnaux-Grillet has also written articles intended to encourage performance and unlock the value of frontline leaders.
She earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Princeton University.
