RTKLRTKL has won a series of contracts worth more than $25 million combined to provide architectural and strategic branding services for an urban development project in the city of Guiyang, China.

The ARCADIS subsidiary will work with Chinese developer Zhongtian Group to design entertainment centers, commercial offices and residential buildings in the Guizhou Province’s commercial district, ARCADIS said Tuesday.

“These projects will put their mark on the city through RTKL’s signature approach of designing to a historical, cultural and geographic context,” added Greg Yager, RTKL senior vice president.

The Future Ark hub will encompass more than 172 million acres and feature green mixed-use structures, ARCADIS says.
