Unisys Corp. has been recognized by Forrester Researcher Inc. as an implementation partner for Google Apps due to Unisys’ ability to facilitate change management for robust training and communication programs.
Unisys has implemented Google Apps for the National Archives and Records Administration, the U.S. Department of Energy Idaho National Laboratory, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the U.S. General Services Administration, the company said Tuesday.
According to the January 2014 research report, Unysis has an “established capability” in change management, cloud brokerage and cloud business strategy and they are able to make legacy legacy environments “palatable” to chief information officers.
“Our work with our clients shows that government agencies can make a safe, secure and seamless journey to the cloud,” said Steve Kousen, Unisys vice president of cloud email and collaboration services.
