BMC - ExecutiveMosaicBMC Software has unveiled a suite of information technology products for businesses to manage digital services as well as to access social, mobile and cloud computing applications.

The company aims for its IT management tools to help enterprises automate service delivery, streamline back-end functions and boost workforce productivity, BMC said Feb. 18.

MyIT 2.0 is a self-service application built to crowdsource answers to users’ queries and facilitate real-time data sharing via online messages or social media posts.

Kia Behnia, BMC chief technology officer, said the company aims for IT professionals to develop and implement new products and services by using its technology.

BMC designed the app to integrate with the company’s cloud-based system and to notify users of an outage or system performance issues.

The company also launched an AppZone business app store for customers to acquire, publish, and manage secure tools.

BMC’s Remedyforce cloud technology works to help companies deliver electronic services and is available via on-premise, software-as-a-service and on-demand platforms.
