FLIR Systems has elected Cathy Stauffer and Catherine Halligan to serve on the company’s board of directors, effective immediately.
The appointments bring the total number of board directors to 10 and eight of them are independent, the company announced Thursday.
Halligan is also an independent director and a member of the audit committee of Ulta Beauty.
Her career also include positions at Walmart, PowerReview, Prophet and Bluenile.com.
Stauffer has owned and operated consulting company that develops and markets technology products since 2005 and has held roles at Gateway Computers and The Good Guys.
