Lockheed Martin has selected 17 charities in locations where the company operates to receive monetary donations that total $123,000.
The donations were given in check by the company’s employee-run charity AERO Club, Lockheed announced in three separate releases on Monday and Tuesday.
The AERO Club donated $18,000 to the United Way of Northern Utah, a nonprofit that supports agencies that provide health care and educational opportunities to their community.
The United Way of Greenville County in South Carolina received $95,000 from the company.
The Pinellas Park, Fla. chapter of the AERO Club gave $10,000 each to 15 nonprofits in the area and surrounding communities.
