Lockheed-Martin-BlueLockheed Martin employees have selected 57 nonprofit organizations based in Fort Worth, Texas to receive more than $1 million in donations.

The companies will issue the funds through the company’s employee-run charity AERO Club, Lockheed announced Tuesday.

“The Lockheed Martin AERO Club donations reflect the diverse interests of our employees and have an enduring impact on the agencies and causes they are able to support through giving,” said Roderick McLean, vice president of Lockheed’s integrated fighter group and president of the Fort Worth AERO Club.

Some of the charities include AIDS Outreach Center, Boys & Girls Clubs of Fort Worth, Child Study Center, Jewish Federation and United Way of Parker County.
