SAP and iMED Solutions have partnered to offer managed cloud computing services to healthcare organizations in the Middle East and North Africa.
iMED Solutions will deploy, maintain and host cloud-based health IT systems for clients in the MENA region as an SAP partner, SAP said Tuesday.
“With our managed cloud services we give solution providers complete control of their customer relationships for cloud delivery of SAP software,” said Werner Brandt, SAP chief financial officer and executive board member.
“This model sees SAP’s partners licensing the software and then offering applications directly to clients as a service,” Brandt added.
The SAP managed cloud offering is available for a single subscription fee.
