Carahsoft has formed a partnership with Shavlik to provide security and patch management services to government clients and partners.
Carahsoft will offer Shavlik’s Shavlik Protect Standard, Advanced and Patch for Microsoft System Center products to government customers, Shavlik said Tuesday.
The products feature patch management and asset inventory systems.
“Carahsoft and Shavlik are working together to provide our government customers and our reseller partners with the right solutions for their security needs,” said Will Jones, Carahsoft vice president.
Shavlik designed its technologies to help users remove network vulnerabilities with third-party applications.
“The federal government has a rapidly growing demand for advanced patch management solutions,” added Marshall Smith, VP of partnering and services at Shavlik.
