partnershipBAE Systems and Infor have partnered to install and operate the latter’s enterprise resource planning software on U.S. government networks for consolidating an organization’s functions into a single computer system.

The partnership covers deployment of the Infor Public Sector (Hansen) suite, Infor ION, Infor Enterprise Asset Management, Infor Lawson and Infor Approva, the companies said Tuesday.

“Our relationship with BAE Systems is truly unique because we will work with them on both the customer and partner level going forward,” said Lynn Sauder, vice president of global alliances and channels at Infor.

BAE will also start up a products laboratory to help its technical experts and customers establish systems integration best practices for Infor products and to provide training on Infor product installation and maintenance to network analysts, operators and engineers.
