IntelliDyne has won Helios HR‘s 2014 Helios Apollo Award in the Tria category for work to conduct programs and activities centered on employees’ professional development and engagement.
The company was presented the award at a ceremony hosted by Helios HR last week after being selected by a panel of human resources executives and industry leaders, IntelliDyne said Thursday.
“We believe that providing exceptional opportunities for employee growth and development helps us create a smarter and stronger team,” said Tony Crescenzo, IntelliDyne CEO.
Helios Apollo awards go to companies across six categories:
- Ena: one to 50 employees
- Thio: 51 to 100 employees
- Tria: 101 to 250 employees
- Tessera: 251 to 750 employees
- Pente: 1,000 or more employees
- Hercules: nonprofits
Kathy Albarado, CEO of Helios HR, noted that Apollo participants’ employee development programs are above the national average.
IntelliDyne, which recently launched its MasterClass Series for employees, has also received the Alliance for Workplace Excellence’s 2014 Workplace Excellence Seal of Approval and 2014 Health & Wellness Seal of Approval.
