Tracy Atkinson, executive vice president of finance at State Street Corp., has been elected to join the Raytheon board of directors.
Raytheon Chairman William Swanson said Tuesday that Atkinson brings financial management skills and international business experience to the company’s board.
Atkinson joined State Street in 2008 and has served in SVP and chief compliance officer positions within the financial services holding company.
The certified public accountant also served as a PricewaterhouseCoopers partner and held leadership roles at MFS Investment Management.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts.
