Wyle Laboratories has been awarded a potential five-year, $270 million contract to provide research, development and project management services at NASA’s Ames Research Center in California.
The company said Thursday that it will support the facility’s spaceflight technology projects as well as programs in aeronautics, virtual environment and astrobiology.
Wyle’s partners include ASRC Federal Space, Logyx LLC, Bionetics Corp., Paragon TEC and the SETI Institute.
The contract also contains a 60-day phase-in period and work is scheduled to begin Aug. 1.
