Liz Benison, former a regional vice president and general manager at Computer Science Corp., will join Serco Group as CEO of the latter company’s local and regional government division in the U.K. and Europe.
She will start in the role on Sept. 1 and oversee an organization that provides professional and management support work to health, leisure and environmental agencies, Serco said Friday.
“Liz has huge experience of building businesses through strong relationships with clients and delivering complex and long term contracts,” Rupert Soames, Serco Group CEO.
Benison has held the VP and GM roles at CSC’s U.K. business for three years and managed an 8,000-employee workforce during her tenure.
She also worked at Capgemini, Ford Motor Co., Jaguar Cars and Xansa plc.
