Neel Mehta
Colleen Davis is vice president of finance for the U.S. public sector business at HP Enterprise Services, where she leads work to plan and direct financial and accounting activities for that business unit.
Davis also services on the financial leadership team at HP Enterprise Services.
Prior to her current role, she served as HP’s finance leader of the Enterprise Services Accelerate program, which focuses on growth, service delivery, quality and operation cost reduction.
She first joined HP in 2008 upon the company’s acquisition of EDS and led integration of the new business finance function through work to bring both HP’s outsourcing and EDS’ tools and processes to support pursuits and global HP governance.
Her career also includes financial leadership roles at the sub-region management, pursuit and controllership levels for clients and portfolios in U.S. and state government, healthcare, consumer, retail and energy industries.
Davis holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance from California State University, Sacramento.
She is a certified management accountant and is a veteran of the U.S. Army.
