Mike-Loose-ParsonsMike Loose serves as senior vice president and the manager of the infrastructure and environment division within Parsons‘ government services group.

He is responsible for the full life-cycle of natural and built environments and oversees Parsons’ work with federal government clients at the Defense Department, the military services, General Services Administration and other agencies at the cabinet level and below.

Loose retired from the U.S. Navy with the rank of vice admiral and has served as deputy chief of naval operations for fleet readiness and logistics.

Previously, he was the architect of a global transformation effort at the Naval Facilities Engineering Command and led work to reshape its global engineering, acquisition and public works organization and delivery system.

Loose, a registered professional civil engineer in the state of California, holds a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Washington and University of Kansas respectively.
