Morgan_Randy_smallRandy Morgan serves as executive vice president of operations for Parsons‘ government services group, where he oversees the operations of the group’s divisions and projects, as well as nine support departments.

The 29-year GovCon industry veteran joined Parsons through its acquisition of SPARTA, where he served as president and oversaw the integration of SPARTA into Parsons.

He elevated to his current role from an SVP post at Parsons.

Morgan, who spent 10 years at SPARTA, held other management and executive positions there such as president of the company’s defense sector, president of the missile defense sector and SVP and operations manager of the advanced systems technology operation.

 

Earlier, Morgan served as VP and general manager for the federal systems group of Coleman Research Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of L-3 Communications.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and completed graduate course work in lasers and electro-optics at the University of Central Florida.

Morgan participates in aerospace industry and military associations such as the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, the National Defense Industrial Association and the Association of the United States Army.
