operational security1MAXIMUS and software firm iCIMS have forged a deal to combine their human resource platforms aimed at helping companies screen and recruit candidates.

The partnership seeks to merge iCIMS’ talent acquisition software with MAXIMUS’ work opportunity tax credit pre-screening and employment eligibility verification management technology, MAXIMUS said Tuesday.

“We are pleased to offer our clients the ability to identify tax incentives and an increased confidence around I-9 compliance,” said Mark Andrekovich, president of MAXIMUS’ tax credit and employer services business.

“By expanding our network with companies like MAXIMUS, we can remove the bottleneck of logging into separate systems for all areas of the hiring process,” iCIMS Chief Marketing Officer Susan Vitale added.

The offering will work to help HR professionals check job applicants for federal tax incentive eligibility as well as process I-9 forms and submit data for the E-Verify program, according to MAXIMUS.
