Ross Wilkers
Deborah Drake serves as vice president of human resources at Sotera Defense Solutions, where she is responsible for leading the company’s enterprise global human resources function.
Prior to her current role, she served as a Leidos vice president of Human Resources where she was responsible for compensation, international HR and services initiatives in its intelligence and reconnaissance sector
She was VPÂ of human resources for its mission support business unit prior to the split of SAIC and has also held leadership roles at DynCorp.
Drake holds a masters’ degree in Human Resource Management from Marymount University and earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Mary Baldwin College.
