JeanCainJean Cain serves as vice president of human resources and organizational development for Noblis, where she is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of the departments.

She oversees operations in areas like employee engagement, retention and development of talent, delivery of benefits and compensation programs and support of work/life balance and wellness programs.

Before Cain joined Noblis in September 2008, she held HR and leadership development roles at MITRE, MCT Federal Credit Union and Sallie Mae.

During her time with MITRE, Cain played a large role in the transition of HR to a business partner model, the design of a forward-looking performance management and development system and the creation of high-impact leadership development programs.

Cain earned her master’s degree in human resources management from Marymount University and a certificate in leadership coaching from Georgetown University.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in business and psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. She holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources designation.
