Neel Mehta
Karl Williams serves as chief operating officer for PAE, where he is responsible for the company’s three business units.
Williams served as vice president and general manager of Engility’s government services business before he joined PAE in April.
He has also served as Engility’s business controller with responsibility in financial management of the company’s global operational assets.
Williams’ career includes time as VP at Harris‘ commercial management services, chief financial officer and chief administrative officer of Multimax and COOÂ and CFOÂ of Vodium.
He worked at Lockheed Martin, Martin Marietta, General Electric and the U.S. Army before he moved into Vodium.
Williams is member of the board of directors at Operation Renewed Hope Foundation, a charity for homeless veterans.
Williams holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the U.S. Military Academy, a master’s degree in systems engineering from Virginia Tech and an M.B.A. from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
