Frances Coady, formerly vice president of human resources for Day & Zimmermann‘s munitions and government business, has been promoted to senior VP of HR at the company.
She will be oversee the company’s talent management, rewards and compensation, diversity, succession planning, change management and labor strategy, Day & Zimmermann said Monday.
“Bringing a tremendous amount of human resources expertise to the table, I am very pleased to add Fran to our leadership team,” said Hal Yoh, chairman and CEO of D&Z.
“Fran’s unique mix of talent management skills will provide a wealth of resources and new perspectives to our company. I am excited to see the great things she will do in this new role,” Yoh added.
Coady previously served as HR lead of Met-Pro before she joined Day & Zimmermann.
Prior to joining Met-Pro, she was also the HR head at Merck & Co. and Exxon Mobil.
