Leslye Katz, a more than 20-year financial management veteran, has been elected to the board of directors at ICF International.
She currently serves as board member of rehabilitative care provider HealthSouth Corp. and held the senior vice president, chief financial officer and controller roles at IMS Health between 2001 and 2010, ICF said Thursday.
“Ms. Katz’s experience as a financial executive for several large corporations coupled with her position on the board of directors for HealthSouth Corporation will add valuable perspective to ICF and to the board of directors,” said Sudhakar Kesavan, ICF chairman and CEO.
Katz served in finance leadership positions at Dun & Bradstreet and Cognizant before she worked for American Lawyer Media as SVP and chief financial officer from 1998 to 20o1.
She also chairs the board at My Sisters’ Place, a nonprofit group dedicated to providing shelter and support to female domestic violence victims.
She holds an M.B.A. in accounting and finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and a bachelor’s degree in English and American literature from Brown University.
