Mark Baldwin Appointed to KBR Board of Directors; Loren Carroll Comments

Mark Baldwin, former chief financial officer and executive vice president at Dresser-Rand Group Inc., has been named to KBR’s board of directors.

Baldwin was EVP, CFO and treasurer at Veritas DGC and was an operating partner at First Reserve Corp. before he went to Veritas, KBR said Tuesday.

“We are confident that with Mark’s industry and financial expertise, he will make a positive impact on KBR,” said Loren Carroll, chairman of the board at KBR.

Baldwin also serves on the board of directors at TETRA Technologies and is a director of Nine Energy Service, Inc.

To begin his career, Baldwin held leadership positions at Keystone International, KBR said.
