Carol Turpin, formerly a proposal manager at Science Applications International Corp., has been appointed vice president of proposals at WBB.
The more than 20-year industry veteran will oversee the company’s business proposals for defense and civilian agencies’ requirements in her new position, WBB said Monday.
“Carol has exceptional work experience that aligns well with the company’s strategic growth initiatives.†said William McMullen, WBB president and chief executive.
Turpin has worked with several organizations in the fields of information technology, security, engineering, intelligence and environmental management.
She most recently oversaw proposals at an SAIC business unit that offers IT and intelligence analysis support to military agencies.
She also holds experience in work to negotiate federal contracts for a range of products and service offerings through the General Services Administration Schedule program.
