Neel Mehta
David Keffer serves as chief financial officer at SRA International and brings 11 years of financial, accounting and management experience to the role.
He joined SRA’s financial planning and analysis group in 2003 and was the corporate controller prior to his promotion to CFO in September 2014.
Keffer served as investor relations director at the company from 2006 to 2009 and later became a strategic acquisition executive and CFO of the national security sector.
He has also led the company’s working capital and profit management initiatives and played a role in SRA’s deal to acquire the national security division of consulting firm MorganFranklin in 2012.
His career before SRA includes positions at Maden Tech Consulting and Navigant Consulting.
Keffer holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia Darden School.
